User guide
This guide is for the people who run the cards: owners, managers and staff. No technical knowledge is needed.
How WalletCraft works
Section titled “How WalletCraft works”- You design a card — a template: colours, logo, what the card shows (name, points, level…).
- Customers get their own card — from a link or QR code, from your website, from a CSV list, or you send it by email or SMS. They tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet; no app to install.
- You keep it up to date — points after a purchase, a new level, a message about this week’s offer. The card on the customer’s phone changes by itself, often with a notification on the lock screen.
